I was hanging out with my sister and my 1 year old niece today. Adults around my Niece are already starting to label her wonderful expressions of emotion as a ‘Tantrum’. IMHO (In my humble opinion) this is her expressing emotions FULL STOP. How great that she’s moving energy through her body so naturally. Repression of expression starts so early on!!! So let’s bring on the adult tantrum as a radical act of self love. We are blessed with so much information about embodiment now, that we can learn how to safely express and move our strong energy and emotions through the body. Let’s not keep it stuck in our bodies.
