I actually used a form of this release body work yesterday. And it always kind of blows me away. The simplicity of it and yet the power of releasing stored up stress. The relief in my body that comes after shaking it out.
This time it felt like I released stress that happened a couple of months ago. It’s incredible how our bodies can hold onto stress if we don’t complete the cycle no matter from how long ago.
A complete stress cycle has:
1. A beginning - I am at risk 2. A middle - Taking Action 3. An End - I am safe
