It’s no wonder then that we feel we can’t talk about things that we carry deep shame around - why we would to expose the very thing that makes us feel we are bad at our core. It goes against our instinct to belong and be loved.

So thank you Shrada for going there with me in this podcast. The more we talk about things we instinctively feel we need to hide the more we give each other permission to talk and release the shame that binds us.
